The Storage Center - Texarkana

I am very impressed with the reception I got . The lady employee Tami was very helpful and friendly. She took time to take me to my unit , showed me how to get there. She even took time to check that the code was working well. Even regarding my discount code which was not kicking in she took pains to call the main office to fix it .

The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure, with easy access and ample lighting. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process

The two women at the office are fantastic, very helpful and patient. You got a unit and I'm glad it's all climate controlled.

Tami was beyond helpful, she walked me to view the unit to make sure it was adequate in size and even went out her way to show me where I could enter. She also made sure my code worked. Definitely recommend if a storage unit is need. Go see Tami. Very sweet lady.
