Review:

Treated like a criminal!! I enjoy boating, fact is my boat’s sits wet slipped at Lucerne Marina during the summer. I had an unfortunate mishap the weekend before the end of the Season. I wrecked my classic Jag on the way over to Flaming George. It wasn’t worth a lot of money, but I loved that car. A few weeks pass, I look at KSL classifieds to my amazement there was my exact Jaguar for sale. It needed some work done, but I figured I could use my wrecked car to save money so really it would only cost me time. My next problem, I own a house in the valley but only a two car garage. So I get this idea, thinking it was a good one, Yes the Storage House, I’ve never rented a storage unit because I never had a need for one up until now. Long story short I’ve been working on it diligently since October. Today is the day, I’m down to my last few hours before I’m able to drive my Jaguar home. I’m finished timing the drivers side, and moving to the passengers side when I hear this knock on the storage unit door “-Ogden Police” I open it and they tell me that I’m being trespassed. I ask why? Their response was “I don’t know, they weren’t given a reason.” I thought it was odd earlier when I pulled in my pass code wasn’t working, but another vehicle was pulling out so I came in while she exited. I had no reason to think otherwise. I am not behind on payments, no email, no text, or call. So as I sit here tonight pondering my day, that should have been a good one ( I even left work early today I was so excited) only to be treated like a criminal and left guessing why I was trespassed from my own property. My only guess is staying late finishing something up I I feel very strong that this is a bunch of garbage. If your plan is to rent a unit, ok, but don’t rent to the use a unit.

Review:

I always seem to have trouble with storage units. Computer problem, ride and generally unhelpful staff, whatever. There's always something. These guys, though, have really gone above and beyond to make sure I get what I need and are attentive. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.

I've been at this location for over a year and have had exemplary service from management, especially Angela! I would recommend this place to those who want to store extra items.

Review:

TLDR: majority of the time couldn't access my unit during access hours including when trying to move out, overcharged for their mistake with no refund, poor communication

The 5 star reviews are misleading. They asked for a five star review upon signing up as part of their first 3 month discount. So here is my review after a year with them.

The access hours are supposed to be 6am-10pm everyday, but the majority of the time I can't get into my unit after management leaves around 5pm M-F. This happened several times in the spring, several times in the summer, and several times this fall. I am actually currently sitting in the parking lot on a Saturday at 1pm and can't get into my unit as I'm trying to move my stuff out. I've texted and called their number with no response. Today is the only day I can move out before the end of the month unless I change flights for my holiday plans with family to get back earlier. Even if I switched flights I have little to no faith I would be able to get into my unit.

When I asked them earlier in the year about frequently not being able to get into my unit they told me they would look into it and never followed up. When I followed up in person they said 'maybe' it was power outage issues. I live close by and don't have power outage issues.

They also overcharged me this past month. When I asked about it the reasoning was they switched their billing provider and in the process my insurance info wasn't transferred. They never notified me that happened, charged me for their insurance, and wouldn't remedy the overcharge.
