I made the mistake of using the phone number on the app to try and rent a storage unit on Lincoln avenue in Lockport NY and I went threw a hour or hell ,and I've never in my 53 years been treated like a criminal instead of a customer like I did ... So anyone reading this go to Lincoln avenue in Lockport New York is you need a storage unit because I ended up just going there and I got the best customer service that I can honestly say I've gotten in 25-30 years she was absolutely wonderful thorough didn't take hardly anytime at all and you know what I've been a server for over 30 years so I know a customer service is supposed to be like she I wouldn't go to anybody else for anything if I could go to her for everything put it that way so anybody reading this go to Lincoln avenue if you need storage do not call the number and don't go anywhere else if you need to in Lockport she's phenomenal... I should have started out with Kelsey is her name..She's the only one I would ever deal with ever if I need a unit ever again... thanks Kelsey you're the best..

Kelsey in the Lockport location was such a great help for me from start to finish. I really appreciated all her help. She definitely deserves a raise. She went above and beyond to help me and I am forever grateful for that. Keep up the good work Kelsey.

I used the storage mall in 2020 and am using their business again because it has once again been an easy process. Beware all of my belongings are destroyed from moisture, warped paintings, mildew mold from moisture of the unit covered all of my wooden furniture, paintings everything caked in the moldy mildew dust. The representative is showing zero compassion, empathy or help in the matter. They are rather passing me off to an insurance they just now corrected themselves to tell me there's nothing they can do for me. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE AT ALL.
