Kelsey is extremely organized and helpful. Took the time to make sure my vehicle fit in the unit and made it very easy to sign up. I was in and out in 30 minutes with a code for my unit. Awesome.

I've been a renter at The Lockport Storage Mall since April of 2017. I've had no problem from then to current. Property Manager Kelsey is attentive, kind, professional, and very knowledgeable!! Thank you Lockport Storage Mall for employing Kelsey who is such a wonderful, intelligent, kind person, who is very passionate about her job!!
