The Storage Mall - South Toms River

I called Flint Road, Toms River, NJ location on May 2nd at 3:47 PM The first time they picked up the phone and hung up. I called back and was speaking to a gentleman, I won’t post his name but it begins with P. I asked about the 8' x 40' spot. I asked him If I parked an RV in there would I be able to open the door to get out. His reply, do you live around here? I said, 'yes, Toms River. Does that really make a difference?' No answer. He said maybe you can come take a look at it. I told him I could come by on Tuesday. Then, dead silence. I asked if I should make an appointment, no response. I asked if I should just show up and he said I'll explain it to her when she gets out of the restroom. What???!!! I said 'you know what? Never mind, I'm not keeping my RV there and hung up. I know it's very hard to find employees but I don't even know what to say about this, except for very sad.

Great staff at the Storage Mall. It's a pleasure dealing with them. And the prices can't be beat!

Have now had items stolen from me here at this facility 2 times! Both of these times basically as a tenant who pays rent that's all you get is a Spider, roach infested box to toss your stuff.. Any cameras or security, gated in facility or anyone available Incase if immediate need such as a theft your 100% OUT OF LUCK! They DO NOT NOR WILL NOT provide that even though upon booking reservations , their selling point was fully gated facility and survalling 24/7 !
Gates been broken going on 2 years now and they have NEVER HAD CAMERAS! They will lie and do anything to get you to pay for a unit then treat you like garbage!
Do yourself a favor and find a better , more humane place to store your belongings if you care about them at all

Danielle aka. New management is a very nasty women. I overheard her screaming at this young man whom I've seen from time to time & he just looked at her in an obedient mannor while okaying anything she said.. Saying he sleeps inside his unit which I can say for sure is not true as I'm here almost daily & he only has a 5' unit that's tiny! Besides that , there are multiple families living here including a couple that has a older pick up truck and showers, cooks , watched tv & even has cords running across half the facility to their unit. If your looking for a CHEAP place that comes with CHEAP features & druggies then you have hit the Powerball. I personally had to leave as it has gotten too bad and always cops and police being called on people their
