The Storage Place - Alvin

Moved my stuff in not even two months ago, they have already raised my rates by $25 a month. After calling and asking why they would make a shady move like this now that I’m all moved in, they told me it was some introductory fee that I was never talked to about, I had talked with reception for 30 minutes on options before deciding to use their units and not once was told about an introductory rate. I had even asked about them changing the price and she told me that it doesn’t happen often. They weren’t willing to work with me so this is my review and I’ll be moving my stuff soon.
