Lisa Durham was awesome! She made the rental process seamless and informative. Best customer service I’ve received in quite some time. The facility is clean, well designed, well lit and uses very convenient technology for entry and security. I highly recommend this facility.

The Storage Place Niceville location is fabulous. Lisa was so very kind and helpful! The climate controlled units, which we wanted, are easily accessible, there are carts available to help lug items around, and the facility is clean! Highly Recommend!!

I needed to upgrade my existing storage unit to something larger, but wasn't sure what size I needed. I went in to see if I could have a look inside some units and Lisa showed me a bunch of options, answered all my questions (there were a lot), and did a great job explaining the facility and everything. Very happy with the service and the prices were great too

The Storage Place is conveniently located in Niceville, Florida. Clean, well lit and even open on Sunday. I would highly recommend this storage facility.
