The Storage Project

Two times in a row I’ve been locked out of my unit after they receive my payment and this wasn’t the same day they received the payment either. This was at least a week after they received the payment. The code says denied access for no reason I’m locked out of my storage unit I have business Equipment in my storage unit and I’m not able to access it so it’s costing me money. They do not answer the phone whenever I call and their customer service is very hateful The last time that I was locked out, she was hateful and said that my code was messed up so she gave me a new code and guess what the same thing this time if you’re looking for a storage unit, I would probably look other places I’ve also seen several rats running around their facility so if you store anything of value here, be careful

Everything, from the location, price, availability, and the ladies at the front desk are amazing! The 10x10 storage unit we rented was just right for what we needed. We will definitely recommend this facility, and use this location again if needed.
