Great/Easy place to rent from.Clerk was very informative and nice.

I have used several storages over the years and this one was the cleanest! They had a flatbed to use on property to help for people who had to walk further in the building to their units. The staff were very nice and professional. Rita would always get back with me if I had questions before committing and even during my time with them she would let me know when the gate wasn’t working after bad weather, etc.when you called if the front office was busy then it would roll over to a call center rep so you were always able to speak to someone! The prices were great and they don’t double or increase 3+ times a year like some places! It was on promotional price then after it ended I increased to my set price and then annually afterwards was the thing. If you’re thinking about storage this is the place I would go and I drove from Louisville to Shepherdsville and didn’t mind because it was well worth it! The picture is the day I was moving all my stuff out of a climate controlled unit.
