The Super Movers LLC

I'd used Super Movers LLC once before, in late 2017, with no problem, so I hired them again with my June 2019 move.

The movers resisted my request to please be careful with the only nice piece of a furniture that I own (I don't remember the details, but I think they insisted on stacking it weirdly). Sure enough, there was a noticeable scratch in the on the surface of the dresser. Not the end of the world, but still not frustrating. I respectfully pointed this out to the movers at the time. They said they would relay it to the owner, Nick.

I also contacted Nick & told him, and he informed me that the movers had denied responsibility. I politely but firmly told him that they were, in fact, responsible. He assured me that (1) he was insured, but (2) his father does woodworking, and could come by and take a look at it. I sent multiple text messages and placed several calls to him over the next few months requesting that he follow through on the repair. He didn't get back to me once.

Not only that, but months after the move, I received 3 random charges--for $75, $100, & $75--on my credit card account from them (I had paid with the square app on my phone; somehow, they retained my credit card number). Chase, my credit card company, required me to try contacting him again multiple times to try to figure out the charges; naturally, he didn't respond once. It's been a huge pain trying to get reimbursed, and nearly 2 months after reporting the fraudulent charges, it still hasn't been resolved. This company is terrible.

The number on listed on Google isn't even in service!

F-ers never showed up. We set our reservation over a month ago, paid the reservation fee, rented the uhaul that they told us to rent, we we ready to go. And I called 5 times and left messages and they never called back.

Do not hire these people. They sent a truck that was too small and charged me full price to move 1/2 of what should have gone in a normal size truck, they broke a hand-crafted fountain, over-charged me and left two huge boxes full of heavy junk that belonged to them at my home and would not remove it after weeks of calling them. I had vandalism at my house because the police said the boxes drew attention. I had to pay to have the junk removed. The owner is 'Willie' and he is dishonest - avoid this company.
