Olivia was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. She made the process quick and painless. 100% recommend getting a storage unit here. Facility is clean/ feels safe.

I believe that I first got a unit in 2002,whereas I was introduced to Olivia. She ran a tight ship. I NEVER had to worry about security, it (the complex)was always kept in pristine condition, and when i needed ANYTHING… she was ready and willing to see that it got done. I’m a professional touring drummer and I needed a safe clean easily accessible large unit for my equipment . Theatre Drive Self Storage gave me that. The employees (Olivia & Brian) were helpful, courteous, respectful friendly and compassionate.
We actually became friends. They are good kind and honorable people, like the old days, where people took pride in their work, looked you in the eye when they spoke to you, gave a firm handshake. I rented there until 2025. After the company changed Storagepro corporate management, it got too expensive for me (living on disability benefits), systems changed and it just wasn't the same. Sending a special shout out to Olivia and Brian who's one of a kind service continues to make that place the 5-star experience!
