Thomas Grimaldi Pool Tables & Gameroom

Replaced felt with new. workers were kind and on time. Two issues with two pockets, felt is not secured/glued properly. felt is loose and continues to loosen. requested service to secure for same but for over one year , no service call has been received. I will continue to try to have them come fix same. 18 months, no one has scheduled to come. review could be better when i get satisfaction. Will amend negative review when service is satisfied

Thomas himself reached out and scheduled service appointment immediately following the holidays in the New Year (2024). His service man (my sincere apologies, i do not know his name) was prompt, very courteous, and he diligently began the repairs after noticing even more loose felt. He secured tightly every pocket, He graciously informed my wife of the work and instructed not to use the table for at least 48 hrs. for the glue to properly dry. Thomas stood behind his reputation as a premier company whose work is impeachable. We are very pleased with the results particularly when choosing the blue felt with the red pockets. Five (5) Stars for sure! Thank you Thomas and for sending a top notch serviceman.

I always wanted my own pool table but never had the room. I recently moved and and was finally able to fit one. I loved the look of an antique Brunswick but knew nothing about them. Tommy Grimaldi walk me through the pros and cons of the models I was considerig so I could find the table I always wanted. He found the table I wanted., Refinished it , delivered it and installed it. His installers were professionals and super nice guys. I couldn’t be happier with the table. I highly recommend Tommy Grimaldi and company they went above and beyond and would never use anyone else. There is only one guy to call to move, repair and adjust your Pool Table - 'Thomas Grimaldi'. Thomas is a great guy, easy to talk to, honest and most importantly stands by what he says he will do. You don't find many people like that today. I recommend Thomas and his guys 100%. They moved, repaired, replaced the felt and adjusted a pool table I received from a friend and did a great job. The table looks and plays like a new table. His team of guys are friendly, clean and very knowledgeable. They are careful and respectful of your home. Thomas provides a great service and stands by his word, all at a fair price.

Grimaldi Pool Tables saved the day! I needed an antique Brunswick pool table disassembled and then transported from south fork Watermill area back to central Long Island…the catch was I had less than 1 business day to arrange this…spoke to Tom and told him the situation…not only did he send a crew to get the table…the crew transported and reassembled the table the same day…the crew worked non-stop…table set-up was perfect…Thanks to Grimaldi and the guys…will be using this company in the future. Highly recommend!

Just Wow!!!!! From my 1st phone call to Tom I knew I was in great hands!!! my pool table was disassembled and reassembled and refelted to perfection!!!!!!! The men who came to my home were prompt, professional and very caring!!!!!! They even said if the floor settles because it’s a new floor, they would come back and re-level the table!!!!! Fantastic experience!!!!! Ty!!!! Highly recommend!
