Review:
Update: Two weeks after our move when Thomas movers didn't show, the owner called to apologize. He explained he was out of town without cell service, that his employee accidentally canceled our move instead of another customer's, and that he was addressing his staffing issue. He offered to help us move in the future. I appreciated the call and explanation but was a little too late.
Whatever you do, don't rely on Thomas Moving. Moving from out of town and scheduled in advance. When I called to confirm, the owner said not to worry that he had us scheduled for the whole day. They were a no show. After 15 minutes, we called with no answer even though their site said they were open. We called several times and said voice mail was full. They also did not answer texts. We drove to their 'office' because we really needed movers but their so-called office was an apartment building and no one had met them. Luckily, Two Men and a Truck came to our rescue and were able to fit us in. Do not use Thomas Moving. Definitely not reliable.

Review:
Thomas movers showed up the next day! We were driving down from Louisville ky to help daughter move from house to 3rd floor apt. They didn't blink an eye, and moved sectional, king bed, dressers in 3 trips! We've never seen such hard workers, and can't say enough fabulous things about them. This is the only moving company everyone should use. And they set up the bed , couch plus 2 large tvs! Thankyou!!

Thomas moving is LEGIT!!! I called and spoke with Marshall and they showed up on time and moved our entire house!
The guys are professional and didn’t cause an accident to our old house or new house. Hopefully I won’t need them again but if I do I will be using them! Thanks!

Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THOMAS MOVING COMPANY !! HIM AND HIS CREW WERE VERY NICE AND WERE HONEST AND FAIR AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY !! I GREATLY APPRECIATE YAL .. I WILL RECOMMEND U TO ANYONE MOVING AND WEN I MOVE AGAIN WILL DEFINITELY GIVE THEM A CALL!!! THANKS AGAIN!!
