They're absolute trash. They tried to throw out things that weren't garbage while my husband and I weren't looking and broke things. Then they wouldn't take the stuff they packed because they didn't like the fact that our cats used the litter box right before they came and it smelled a bit. Canceled the whole move making us have to pay 5 grand to move cross country ourselves. 100% would not reccomend and would give no stars if that was an option.

Really fast loading me with 22 pallets. From the office to the dock everyone was very nice.

Day 2 of using Thomas Storage and Moving. Today’s moving team was excellent. I defiantly recommend J.J Iorio, Brad Golliland, Tony Cisneroz, Eric Rameriez, and Christian Gard. They were extremely professional, efficient, and caring. They out loaded my house very quickly and with great care. No damage to the house. They worked very hard to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend these packers for any future moves or shipping requirements. After two days of working with Thomas moving I have been very impressed with the pack-out and loading of our household. This was the most efficient military move to date.
