They went above and beyond! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

The owner saved the day when my in-laws' piano movers did not bring enough people. My in-laws were moving out of the house they lived in for 47 years, and their piano was being moved out-of-state to us. We received a frantic call that the piano movers underestimated the steepness of the driveway, needed an extra person, and only had a limited time they could be there. The owner of Thompson Moving returned our cold call, dropped what he was doing, and went to lend a hand. Now when he got to his car, it wouldn't start :) However, he put us in touch with a friend of his who owns a different moving company who was able to also drop everything to help us for 2 hours.

Thompson Moving moved our family from Auburn to Bham. They were on time, professional and respectful. They came prepared with the right equipment for our furniture. We will definitely be using them again and would recommend using him in lieu of any other company!

Best customer service all around! Talon and his team went above an beyond getting us moved when we were in a pickle! They were professional, and carefully moved our belongs with no issues and the service was speedy. Highly recommend to anyone needing quality professional movers!
