Jim, Alex, Matthew, David, Jared and Gustavo moved us yesterday in blazing, blistering heat. I cannot be more happy with this team and their amazing, kind and professional service. They figured out how to take apart a complicated, old Steelcase L shaped desk and then put it back together. They completely understood and respected my beloved bookshelves, putting them precisely so they lined up perfectly in the new space. They were in a good mood even in the oven-like heat, treating each other with respect and kindness the whole day. There was never a hint of irritation with me, even when I switched two pieces of furniture after initial placement. I could go on and on with specific examples of their skill, talent, engineering abilities, and care. From the initial estimate with the thorough and personable John to payment with Jim (15% lower than the estimate! How happy is that!) at the end of the day, Thompson made our move happy, easy and stress-free. THANK you to a fabulous team!!

When John D. first came to our home to give us an estimate for our move, everything about the interaction seemed too good to be true. He quickly and efficiently took inventory of everything we needed moved, and then gave us a price right on the spot. The quote was extremely reasonable and the lack of sales pressure was a refreshing change from our previous experiences so we hired them that day. On the scheduled move date, they obviously sent their A Team because our crew did an outstanding job. John M., Matt, David and Trevor showed up on time and immediately loaded everything with care. They acted like they were helping a family member move. Everything was delivered and set up quickly with zero damage to our belongings. They were kind, went above and beyond, and managed to get it done faster than estimated so we actually paid LESS than we were quoted. We were stunned to find a company that still demonstrates honesty and integrity. Their employees are experienced, hard working and genuinely caring people. We definitely recommend Thompson Moving and Storage!!!
