The army contracted your company to pick up my belongings today (8/10). My experience started off well. Both packers asked me the items that needed to be packed. I showed them where the items were that needed to be packed upstairs and downstairs. When it was time for me to sign the document form 1196 and 1182 I realized that two of my high valued items were not listed. I brought it up to both of the gentlemen. One of the packers immediately got outraged and started yelling and telling me what I should have done. He attempted to insult my intelligence. I stated to him that I was never asked what my high value items were. He started getting really argumentative with me. He said I accused him of stealing. He was very rude and disrespectful. I was unsure if he was talking to me so I asked him. He then attempted to argue with me but I informed him that I was confused but I refused to argue. He then stepped outside. When he came back, he pulled things out of two boxes (as he was unsure of where he packed it). I located my camera and speaker. He then went outside leaving everything for the other packer to repack. The other packer marked it a high value along with another item. After he came back he only spoke to his colleague and disregarded the fact that he was in my house.
My experience with your employee today was very unprofessional. Communication leads to no confusion or very little. We as people all make mistakes. However, respect should always be evident. I am not pleased with my encounter with one of the gentlemen today.

Sandra and Sammy did an amazing job. Very friendly and respectful. They handled everything with care like it was their own. If they had a question about items they weren’t shy to ask. The two of them answered any questions I had in regards to the process and packing. I would recommend them for my next move and to anyone PCSing from Fort Campbell. They are the Pro-Packers!! Highly qualified for the job. Very nice people!!
