STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I deal with this company on the phone and they took a 100$ deposit and the one who talked to me on the phone he said they only need a three hours to move my stuff from apartment to apartment. And I do the agreement with this and that day it was raining so the guy I think his name is Jonathan use my stuff out from his truck till I pay for more three hours. He said it’s raining and they have to wait and stuff like that since I do, the guy it’s gonna be raining tomorrow and he said it’s OK. They only need three hours they liar. They took your money. They cannot put you under. Just give them the money or they cannot take your stuff to the storage stay away from them even if you go to the location to talk to the manager or someone responsible, you will find a Hair Salon that’s not even a location for them .

Leroy and his team (Danny, George, and Eddie) have worked on much bigger jobs than mine, but they treated my move as #1 priority and went above and beyond in the most professional and personable ways possible.

Leroy did an on-site inspection before moving day and gave me invaluable advice on how to prepare that probably saved us all several hours of time and headache.

The team then worked nonstop for a full day before following up the next day to get my sentimental possessions into storage. Antiques were packed with care like they were coming straight from the auction house.

I now understand what white-glove treatment means. And at a fair and very reasonable price point too!

I would recommend Thompson's to any and all. When you're a consummate professional and good person like these guys, you treat every job, no matter how big or small, like it's your first and only most important one.

So I don’t don’t usually do reviews, however Leion and Jonathan are the best, hard worker with an awesome attitude, even though they work their butts off getting my oversize sofa into my apartment, they really are the best and I would recommend this company to everyone ?
