Three Star Moving & Storage

They were prompt and got my things moved. My couch was very difficult to get out, it looks like it was rolled down a dirt hill. It is covered with dirt and grease. Felt like they could have covered it or at least acknowledged that it was dirty. And they wouldn't even attempt to bring it into where I was moving to. Just looked at the door and said it wouldn't fit and sat it in the garage. So now I have a $1600 couch that is filthy sitting in my garage.

Our home sold and the buyers wanted us out in 8 days so it was Tri- Star to the rescue. The entire process from asking for a quote to our entire household moved and placed in storage, the experience with Tri-Star was stellar. Sarah on the sales end, Robert on service for the storage and C plus his crew who came to our home were professional, responsive, kind and such a pleasure. I have never seen movers move so quickly yet with such care. Thank you to the entire team who made our move happen with speed and top quality.

I highly recommend this moving company. Kristen was fabulous to work with and Mark, Chris, Justin, and Wendell were absolutely an amazing team. They are not only professional movers, they were kind, competent, and patient. With a difficult move -they had a “we can do that” attitude. They were magicians and took all the stress out of moving. Thank you. I strongly recommend Three Star Moving - and give them 5+ Stars. ( they should change their name).

Worst place in town to store your belongings. Besides water leaks ,rodents if your unit is broken into like mine was they for some reason can't go on their camera and find out who did it. Second time someone tried to get in was shorter period of time still could not or would not try to help me. They carry no insurance and really acted like they cared less about the theft of all my valuables. Would not even give one star!!!!! I sure Woul dnt trust to move me!!! You might as well open up your unit and put a sign up saying free for the taking!!!!!!

The Three Star Moving Company was very professional and took very good care of my family. There were no hidden fees and they were on time and extremely accommodating. Thanks Chris and Nathan for your kindness. I would highly recommend this company.
