avoid at all costs they are a scam. they quote you a price and when the movers show up they change the quoted price.

DO NOT USE 3 BROTHERS MOVING & OCEAN MOVING AND STORAGE – VETERAN FRIENDLY IS A LIE – AND I DON’T BELIEVE THEY ARE TRULY VETERANS!!!
After hounding me with a plethora of calls, I hired 3 Brothers Moving. ONCE THEY GET YOUR SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLAR DEPOSIT, THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK!!! I must have called 20 times and either got an attitude on the other end or voicemail, regardless, they NEVER CALLED ME BACK AS REQUESTED TIME AND TIME AGAIN! To top it off, they lie. I was told that they were not a broker, that it would be 3 a Brothers Moving Truck that would pack me out when asked. It wasn’t until I called and called that (2 days out from move day) OCEAN MOVING & STORAGE contacted me. Ocean Moving & Storage in Florida was even worse. They showed up 6 hours late, had an attitude, stole my nice dolly, a $200 unopened Breville Juicer, and my $500 toolbox, and threw almost everything unwrapped in oversized wardrobe boxes. They showed NO CARE for boxes and items labeled as FRAGILE or identified as ANTIQUES, yet threw things around like kids toys. My one heirloom from my Father was a handmade/carved mahogany bedroom suit that is (was) over 100 years old – DESTROYED! It’s excruciatingly hard to forgive a company that you spend thousands of dollars on, and cares so very little. Obviously these two “Veteran Owned” “Veteran Friendly” companies – it’s just “lip service”! DO YOURSELF, YOUR FAMILY HEIRLOOMS, AND YOUR BANK ACCOUNT A FAVOR – DO NOT EVER USE OR RECOMMEND 3 BROTHERS MOVING OR OCEAN MOVING & STORAGE – THEY WILL STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS, TAKE YOUR MONEY, NEVER CALL YOU BACK, AND CARELESSLY BREAK YOUR HOUSEHOLD GOODS AND IRREPLACEABLE ANTIQUES AND HEIRLOOMS!!!

Every encounter I have with this company is terrible. Never show up on time. Don’t give a crap about me and my time and my schedule. Expect me to drop everything in my life to be there for them. I have a job, meetings, classes, doctor appointments. I have to schedule everything I do. They are not accommodating.

In three days these gentlemen moved everything from my 5' x 10' storage unit and my one bedroom second floor apartment, to a storage unit 100 miles away and to my current address. All my kitchen things were carefully wrapped and boxes. My many books were boxed neatly. My furniture was carefully wrapped. Everything was carried downstairs without hitting the freshly painted walls. Their sense of humor made a hot sweaty job go faster. It was in the 80's all three days. I would recommend them to anyone contemplating a move.

The guy on the phone was so rude to my dad! My father had closed for. Quote and my dad said it was too expensive and if there was any cheaper the guy was so rude and said “okay go find someone cheaper” and hung up so unprofessional and rude you guys need to go out of business!
