They were 4 hours late to start. The three men that came spoke hardly any English. The leader spoke a very fast and broken English that was difficult to understand. We had paid the deposit on line and were under the impression we could paid the remainder the same way. But no, we had to have cash!!! The leader said if we didn't have the cash in a short time he would add a fine of $109 per each 10 minutes we were late! This is after THEY WERE $ HOURS LATE!!!!!! Do not use them, they are not trustworthy!!! On the phone we were told they would wrap the furniture - they did not. What they said on the phone was not what they actually did do.

The workers attempted to use the time I was paying them for (hourly)to help another person at the storage facility. He actually told on himself because he thought I was talking to his boss but I was talking to my wife. The person he was going to help told me he was attempting to charge him $300 to help load a 40gallon fish tank etc Then he lied about the start/ finish time etc.
