They had availability very soon in their schedule to get my large upright piano to me. They were on time, quick, efficient, and very careful. The delivery guys were also very polite and courteous, especially when it came to getting the information they needed like stepping inside before unloading the piano so I could show them where exactly it would go. Price as discussed over the phone so no surprises, although they do appreciate tips. Highly recommend!
