Thresher Piano Movers

These guys did a great job moving my safe. Their prices were very competitive, hence, why I picked them. They were friendly and we even snuck in a couple of items besides the safe. ?
I’ll be using them when it comes time to move my grand piano.

Two days ago I called and scheduled them for 5:30pm today. My grandma is gifting us her piano and uhaul is arriving at that time with the piano in it. They were very nice on the phone. I had explained the situation to Thresher and they said 5:30 works, great! This morning, Thresher showed up at my door at 9am, I wasn't home but saw the Ring footage. I called them and they very rudely said they were already done for the day so this was the only time they could do it, and that they 'can't just have our guys sit in the truck for 6 hours until 5:30'......what's the point in scheduling in advance then?! DO NOT COUNT ON THESE GUYS. Very unprofessional, very rude on the phone, NOT DEPENDABLE!!
