Bought a used dryer from 7 years ago, still runs great, so I purchased a used freezer from them. I had an issue with it and let them know. Someone was out quickly, replaced a part and all is wonderful again. Big box stores don't offer that kind of service. Will be purchasing from them again and again! I think a newer refrigerator is next.

I bought a refrigerator it went out shortly after, I got credit for it and upgraded to a more expensive unit, it never worked right 50 deg coldest it would get, freezer worked ok. They came out and serviced it , seemed better but not much, didn’t use it over the winter, never got better now freezer went out lost $200 of meat. I called they didn’t return my call. Cannot recommend!

I would give these guys 10 stars. They have been my go to appliance folks for 4 years. Today they helped me move houses. Their team was quick and efficient. Everyone I’ve met through there has been an absolutely genuine person. They care about their customers.
