Local group of nice young men. Showed up to my house in little elm tx on time and were very helpful and careful with furniture during the move.

Aiden and his team were amazing. The boys worked very hard. Even though they had an accident and there was some damage, they compensated for it. They are very professional. I highly recommend them, and we will definitely use them again for our next move.

All 3 gentlemen were kind and certainly polite the issue arose when I got to my new location and I had several damaged pieces. 1 table was reimbursed for, then as I slowly moved through all of my furniture I found several more pieces. I let the next 2 go, then I reported a photo that was damaged, after I saw that, I saw my kitchen table was trashed with scratches. That is when I lost my cool.

I text Aiden and he stated 'I can assure you everything was secure and wrapped, I Have been moving for 5 years. Your table was secure and did have blankets on it. I am starting to think who ever you had unload the truck did not unload it carefully. Also, we are not liable for it if we are not the driver or the unloaders because we cannot control what happens after. I can admit that the table was probably my fault and that is why I paid you for it'.

Then I told him I was not aware that I was liable if someone else drove the truck, I asked for the non liability waiver that I signed, no response. I asked him several days later for the contract I signed, no response. See, I do not recall signing anything when they showed up, they immediately got to work. I tipped them well, even though one young man stood around a lot, offered to pay Aiden when he came back, but he refused to take more payment. I then paid him venmo for his gas coming back to the property because several things I asked to have wrapped were not done still. I did not complain, while they were on my property, I let them work. I also have never had 3 people take over 6 hours. My house was unloaded in 3.5 almost 4 hours when I bought the property. I was grateful and treated these young men well while on my property in Aubrey.

If you use this company, please make sure you sign a contract, also make sure you sign a non liability wavier otherwise they are responsible. I can prove all 3 were on my property because I have 4 property cameras. So where do we go from here? If I signed a non liability waiver then I will drop the dining room table that cost me 2500 just for the table. I will not use this company again but have no ill will for anyone. I just want either the contract I signed along with the non liability waiver with my signature or have a fair payout for my furniture.

Aidan and his team did great! We had a lot of stuff to load into the truck but they managed to fit everything within a good time frame. I thought it would take a lot longer, but it was pretty reasonable to me. Thank you guys! I'd definitely recommend them.
