Titan Moving & Storage

I had to have my refrigerator craned onto my porch, than moved into my home. The crane driver was amazing. The movers were a disaster, they broke the wood on my porch. The ruined my hardwood floor with the wheels they used to bring the fridge into the home. I called Titan to let them know. Bill came over to assess the situation. He started by calling me a liar, yelling and bullied me the whole time, till I asked him to leave. I was afraid of him.. I called them for a month and a half, almost every day, to find out what the next plan of action would be. ! They never returned my calls. I paid them 1500.00 cash.. They ruined my porch and hardwood floors and won't return my phone calls.
