Titan Relocation

This is the absolute worse moving company to ever exist. They overcharge you and tear up your furniture and house. Whenever you try to speak with someone, absolutely know one is available. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit just to get my brand new house and furniture replaced. This is a terrible company, do not use!

Not great! They did not have extra boxes when they arrived even though I was told they would have supplies on hand.
The worst thing though was I asked them at the beginning if they would stay over and help me load boxes in back of my truck with what I was taking with me to Tennessee.
I didn’t mind paying the overtime. I supplied the tarp , extra thick plastic and rope to tie everything down with .
All they ended up doing was overfilling my truck with boxes. By then I realized I’d need a
U/haul . They jammed truck full and ended up just tucking in the tarp I bought. They knew we were driving out of state. So of course that lasted all of 20 minutes . By time I left my apartment it started raining and the tarp gave way. Most of my boxes plus belongings are now wet. My husband was not here to help me so I had this on my own . I would had appreciated any extra help.
I have moved many times in my life and I have had the good with the bad and I hate to say it but this was the worst!!
I am so glad I did as much work on my own before they got there or I would had been way worse off. Now we have to stay an extra day to remove all the wet boxes , re-pack and pay extra day for UHaul.
I will never hire these folks again. And I tipped them too ! But that was my bad.

The movers were great. Fast, wrapped and unwrapped our items, very careful & courteous.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! So I used Titan back in 2023. They did okay with moving my furniture. However, there were only two young men(putting emphasis on 'young') that did the move. Two days later, my daughter's bed(Queen sized)caved in. We lifted the mattress to find that the young guys placed all the slats on the bed but didn't put the screws back in as it was before they broke it down. So the slats all broke. I had to buy new wood. Plus, they took the bag of screws that they removed out of the bed. Not to mention that they did the exact same thing to my bed(King sized) causing my back to be in agonizing pain. We attempted to reach back out to the company. All we got was a lady on the phone that ended up hanging up on us and later shooting us to a computer voicemail every time we called thereafter. To make matters worse, they really do not have a home-based office. The address listed is a vacant building. If you don't believe me, then drive to the location they have listed as their office. These people are just here to make a quick buck. Do yourself a favor and choose someone more professional. These guys were rip-offs!
And after reading other reviews, I see that what I have said is EXACTLY what others have said as far as the fake addresses they use for their business and how they never responded to any of my complaints and how they stop answering your phone calls once they realize that you aren't satisfied with their move. Again I say STRAIGHT RIP-OFFS!
