Titan Relocation

We are extremely happy with our entire experience with Titan! I called Thursday evening hoping for furniture movers on Saturday morning, and was blown away that they were able to accommodate us! The booking was quick and the person I spoke to was very pleasant. Our movers were fantastic! They showed up on time, were professional, and unloaded our U-Haul in record time! Highly recommend!

I was over charged for services. I have sent emails, left voice-mails with no response back. You can not get in touch with a person. Don't not use this company. I will never recommend this company. My appointment was for 9 am and they didn't arrive until almost 930 am. I had a receipt for the service text messages of the late arrival and confirmation time when the service was completed. No problem over charging me, but no compensation for the inconvenience. I will be moving forward with my complaint to the BBB. I'm disgusted.

I called TitanMovers for a very small job, the delivery of 3 pieces of new leather furniture, a sofa, chair, and an Ottoman. The destination of delivery was over 90 miles away, outside of their typical service area. Most companies that I spoke with really didn’t care to take the job and they made it obvious, both in the manner that they spoke with me and in the pricing of the job. However, neither the size of the job, nor the distance of the delivery was an issue for TitanMovers.

From the moment that I called them, on Friday morning, all the way thru the delivery itself, at 2 pm today, Sunday, my delivery was handled with a “make it happen” attitude”!

When I called, Travon, in the office, listened with both intent and concern, making sure that he not only understood what I needed, but also, “what I wanted”.
Derek, in Dispatch, was very thorough in the arrangement of the service to be provided, even offering to take pictures of the furniture at the warehouse for me, since I was unable to be present at pickup.

My new furniture was delivered today, right on schedule. In fact, every promise that Derek made was fulfilled, even beyond my expectations. The 2 young men that made my delivery, Timberland and Derek (?), were pleasant and professional, careful to ensure that my furniture was brought in and put in place without damage.

If you are in need of a moving company for a move, or even the delivery of some new furniture, I would highly recommended the use of TitanMovers. You will not be disappointed!
