Kevin, Oscar, and Abulk did a fantastic job with my household goods when I moved to Leavenworth, KS.

We lost everything we own to water damage. They honestly could not care less. The only blessing is that we took a ton of pictures. Also it started raining when we were at the warehouse. We were able to capture in real time the way they treat peoples things when the down pour began via video recording. They do not care about you or your stuff. If you’re a military family DEMAND a change in move coordinators. This company is actually the worst. 16 years of moving around the world and never have we experienced anything like this.
Edit to note: I saw other reviewers saying their boxes were opened and things were stolen. That happened to us too. Boxes marked as high value never even showed up. Boxes were opened, picked through and put in completely new boxes. At first I thought they were trying to hide the water damage… now I’m pretty sure we were just being robbed.

I’d give them less stars if I could. TMM subcontracted to a company in OH for my military move. They stole a surround sound system and a bunch of bird feeders and broke a brand new 75” tv and claimed it was already broken. Broke the knob off my brand new pit boss. Broke a lamp and a bunch of yard art they just through into a garbage can. Damaged book cases and assembled the bed frame incorrectly. They did a very unprofessional job packing and delivering to my new address. The second load had two guys unloading and one of them had a broken arm. Disgraceful, and unprofessional.
