Discovered TNC when my brother in law passed last December. He had a unit prepping with my husband’s sister to move to a retirement community. His death was unexpected and my sister in law passed 3 months later. We are 1 1/2 hours away so asked for another unit to use as a “staging area” as their unit was quite full. We were provided with one directly across from the original. All staff were friendly and quite helpful. Arriving last weekend we were surprised by a functioning gate for which we did not have a code. It was a Sunday, but we were able to call and be assisted by a REAL PERSON who provided a code, saving us from wasting a 3 hour round trip and a full days time for us and friends! Highly recommend.
