Do not recommend. Broke our bedframe so badly it had to be trashed (all of the support beams were ripped from the rest of the framework). It happens, I was being understanding, but when I spoke with the company, owner included, they all but accused me of lying about the condition of the bed prior to the move, saying it was 'in real bad shape before they moved it'. It was not, and they're was nothing wrong with the support beams prior to moving, and we reviewed the logistics of moving it with the movers in person prior to them moving it. It seemed like they just didn't want to compensate anything, not even a dollar, for the fact that my furniture broke on their watch. What good is is a professional moving company with insurance if they refuse to honor it? Consider that before you consider using these movers, that's all I'm saying.
