I was looking for a local, family owned company when we had to move our things into storage. Based on their professionalism, promptness, and conscientiousness, I hired them a second time to move our belongings out of storage and into our new home. I could not be happier with their service and would recommend them without hesitation. A truly outstanding operation.

THE DETAILS: Based on our recent experience, Tobin is the BEST choice we could have made for our local move in Cincinnati (~10 miles, four bedroom house to a three bedroom house). Every member of the team was professional and SO friendly. They made it look easy - special thanks to Dave, Mark, Eugene and Javier for taking the (pun intended) weight off our shoulders! We are settled in our new place and so grateful for all you did for us on Thursday 9/17/20. Not to mention providing entertainment and a good laugh or two on the day of!

The Tobin team is punctual, competitively priced and truly customer oriented. In addition to providing us with great tips to consider to make moving day smooth (we hadn’t moved in nearly 7 years!) and happily assisted as I changed my mind about the location of at least 8 furniture pieces In our new home. We hired this company based off of their competitive price quote and highly rated reviews. We had them move bedroom furniture into a storage unit. The positive was they moved our furniture efficiently and were hard workers. Unfortunately, I was a bit put off by the customer service aspect. Not the friendliest company to work with. We do plan to use them when we have to move our furniture to our home in a month and will update the review accordingly.

I called them on Tuesday about having 2 large furniture items moved on Friday. Items were being moved from the house where i bought them to our house.They was able to fit me in on Friday morning. The guys got to work right away and took great care of the items. The job done in a very timely manner. So thankful they could fit us in.
