Do not use this mover! We downsized our home of 39 years and moved to a condo. While one third of our items were marked to go to to condo, the remaining two thirds went to a storage unit because the condo was going to be renovated. After renovation, we emptied to storage unit, unpacked and discovered our treasured albums of family photos, going back over 70 years, vacation photos and dvds of family were missing. How can a box of these items move from a house to a truck and never make it to its destination!!! i called the company agent who told me if anything was left on a truck it would come into the office. SO WHERE ARE OUR FAMILY PHOTO AND MOVIES??? These cannot ever be replaced and I consistently have sleepless nights about this. HOW DID THEY DISAPPEAR?

They broke several items during the move and when asked about it, did not take any accountability
