Very friendly people reasonable prices

Unprofessional, especially when you deal with the owner. He doesn’t know what customer service mean. My advice for everyone, do not use them. You will definitely find a better option bc they are the worst.

If you have a small place, don't bother with them. Very rude company 'president' with poor customer service. The guy came to our apartment to do the estimate and hardly said a word while he was here. Didn't even make eye contact with us. Then sends us an estimate that was astronomical because he 'noticed we had books.' When we questioned it, his email response was unprofessional and then admitted that he over-estimated how much we had. So like I said, don't waste your time having them come out.
