This was not the best experience. They turned it around slightly at the end. The movers were extremely rude and unpleasant to be around. The office didn’t communicate with the movers the fact that this was a large move and that we were moving to a house on a hill. They didn’t even do the whole job and now we are handling the rest on our own. It should have been a 3-4 person job and they only sent 2 so we ended up helping. I think there was a lot of miscommunication and then the movers were angry and rude to us after. I think they could have been wonderful just not for us.
Update: nothing had been resolved, they haven’t reached out for an apology or even to talk. Plus we are almost 100% the movers stole from us, and when we asked the company they said we checked the truck personally nothing was there. Well if they stole it, they wouldn’t leave it in the truck. This was the worst experience.

I hired Caccamise movers based on their reviews. They moved our Biologics company. The service was top notch from start to finish. From the customer service to the care in which they handled our items packing and unloading. Neil, Tim and Dakota were the best! Very respectful, kind, courteous, extremely hardworking, and gentle with everything. Neil has many years of packing experience and it shows! I highly recommend this company and this crew!
