Aiden, Will and Dayton were so cheerful and friendly which was especially nice since it was so cold! This is the second time that I have used this company and have been very happy with their work. We needed heavy furniture moved from upstairs. I would highly recommend this group!

My experience with Top Hat was great! David & Dakota were both efficient & helpful in packing my storage unit and moving furniture over to another apt. I truly appreciated their professionalism and willingness to get the job done! All furniture was handled with great care!

The same movers packed us one day and moved us the next. We were impressed with their work ethic and energy. We found the price to be very attractive as well. The crew was courteous and respectful in speaking with us. They arrived on time both days. We did experience a deep scratch on bed's headboard in the master bedroom and later saw minor damages on the foot board and a dining room chair. We said the furniture was under warranty and would submit a claim. An offer was made by one of the movers to pay for the headboard, but we said we would submit claim. The crew worked hard and was friendly. We gave each one a tip. Would consider using Top Hat again.

DO NOT HIRE! They bailed on their original quote and though the packers were nice, they moved slow. There was one professional out of four. It took forever and they didn’t even label boxes or pack correctly. A lot of my fragile stuff was damaged in the move. It was a nightmare.
