They were late and made up excuses about a window. Inexperienced,unprofessional, careless possibly under the influence. Broke multiple items scattered carelessly when dropped off. Stopped the truck and demanded payment after they broke items.
Don not recommended.

I understand stand there are people who can’t afford moving services. This was a case of failure to maintain schedule from your employees.

They were late and wanted to make up for time by mishandling our items of sentiment. These were delicate items that were cared for. Until your employees showed up.

There were also many others in this elderly community who witnessed your employees arguing and complaining about who was the better mover.

And they ask an elderly lady for a tip after they caused a disturbance in her peaceful domain.

Your response was very confusing and illegible. I hope we are not being accused of being too poor to deserve proper treatment and etiquette.

Please provide a solution here and also provide documentation of the separation between your former employees.
