Horrible experience. Completely disorganized in booking and arranging services, unresponsive to texts. Movers showed up in socks and sandals.

I disputed my charges when I was provided 4 piano movers when they only had quoted me 1. I was told that I had misunderstood the phone call when I booked them. They refused to provide me a copy of the recording.

I wasn't comfortable communicating with them by phone after this and they refused to refund any portion of the overcharge.

Avoid them at all costs.
