Hey, my name is Miller Joe and i would like to say thank you Francine for your wonderful customer service and your patience with us. not every single day you meet good people. Francine and Nancy inspire at us that we are in good hands and it's amazing how it's true. To move from NC to FL wasn't that easy, once it's Long distance move everything is hard, A spacial when you handicap. The driver, Victor came on time, did a magnificent job. Nothing broke or missing. I Just want to say thank you guys. It was worth and dime. Joe miller.

Review:

I called several companies and compared them all. The owner of TOP NOTCH , Henry, came and gave me an estimate. On moving day (4) came to help and helped above and beyond my expectations. The entire experience made a rough day into a pleasant experience. I hired them on the next day to dispose of what remained. Again, they did the job smoothly and with kindness. I wholeheartedly recommend TOP NOTCH because this efficient company made my move easier than I anticipated. THANK YOU Henry Paul, Arthur, Darryl and Lorenzo . Benjamin that came at night to help me to dispose, and Francine for best customer service.

Review:

Still waiting on a follow up call after delivery almost a week ago...called 4 times to get an idea of what was going on and clarification on things that were in writing but never really explained. Was told I would get a call when the delivery was in transit and it would arrive 3-4 days after that call. Never got that call..finally got tired of waiting and found out my stuff would be arriving the next day. Also was told to overestimate on items for the initial estimate. I overestimated 9 large items so instead of 61 pieces I had 52. The original estimate was for 779 cu ft. When it was loaded onto the pickup vehicle, it was 650 cu ft which is a $500 difference. When I called, I was told that is not the vehicle that counts for delivery, but the one that would take my stuff the 1750+miles. Still have no idea how much cu ft it came out to, since I got no follow up or status update call. The movers packed and reassembled my furniture well from what I saw, and I was expecting some things to not be perfect. Also, the delivery guy was contracted and didn't know I was supposed to mark what was wrong with everything on the paperwork. When I asked to see it again, after signing, he already took it and said I couldn't get it back. He was nice and said he didn't know I was supposed to mark things which is why he just told me to sign confirming delivery, so he let me write on my own copy after I filled out what was wrong and took a picture of it before he left. What I am not impressed with is the $3,100 I paid with 80% of it being cash and never getting a status call or a follow up call. I will not be calling again because I have other things to worry about and the movers is on the bottom of my priorities at the moment. I was told this business is in the business of making lasting relationships and a phone could have easily made this a 5 star review, even with my broken furniture...I almost referred them to my girlfriend moving out here next month, but I believe the best businesses are the one's that speak with their customers. It's a shame because everyone seemed nice.
