Biggest scam company in the business. Quoted and signed for a set price. When they came to load, the driver upped the price by $3K. Office was no help. DORIS was the most obnoxious person ever. Sales rep DANIEL was the biggest liar I've ever dealt with. This crappy company 'lost' over $4k of my stuff. Claimed no responsibility. Even though the price they matched, included FULL replacement value. Avoid this company at ALL costs.

One star is a lot for this company. Salesman Mr. Kelly quoted me at $2200. When the movers got to our house and loaded the truck up, they said they wanted 6000. They would not unload my stuff off until I paid them. This company is a total scam. Be careful. The salesman or the owner or supervisor would not even call me back. This tells you what type of company it is be careful using them. do not recommend using them

I had very bad experience with this. Estimation and final charges will be more than double. They are least bothered about your belongings. I lost my couple of packages. When I called them, they didn’t respond.

Sorry to write this but my delivery to Florida was for my son and his family and it was a disaster. Platform bed broken in half they said it was 70 lbs really was about 400 lbs gave me 42.00 for it , armoir a punched out hole in back, brand new coffee table top missing, antique tables all scratched and dented. Boxes missing. Missing bikes and all new school supplies, calculators, new chairs, leather baseball gloves. The men were very selective at choosing the expensive things. The reimbursement was a joke of 345.00 from CSI. I definitely dont recommend them at all. I’m planning to move to Florida also and would never use them again. Maybe it was my bad luck but the men who repositioned the furniture in New Jersey should have been responsible for putting all the furniture back on the second trailer. There should be cameras so that the individuals should be fired for destroying and steeling a persons personal belongings. I do plan on going to small claims court when I get back to New Jersey. Their business is no reputable.
