Original Review: Ghosted us after we asked if they could come back same day and fix a bookcase they put together incorrectly.

Response to below: Move other than the bookcase issue was smooth. Pretty sure I called immediately after noticing the bookcase, which was about 5 minutes after the truck had left, but there was no answer, so I emailed. Not sure why the owner ignored my email the next morning and waited 6 months to address this issue when I no longer have receipts of the timeline. Will bump up a few stars - move service itself was good, but the lack of followup cost me an additional $200 to get the bookcase shifted by someone else.

Here's the thing. I dropped a 1 star review partly in a hope to get some kind of action because it felt like there was no other way to contact this company. And it's wild to hear that, yeah, you did get my email... and just ignored it? That's what 'ghosting' means.

I am not interested in tanking your reviews and will leave this up for a bit in the hopes you see it and hopefully do better on future comms, then will see about deleting it.

We would highly recommend this company. THEY were so great to work with. Quick. On time. Very professional.

This company was great. I had asked them to drop things off at different locations and these young men just moved along with a smile. They were polite, efficient and truly never stopped working. I highly recommend this company.

Used Rob and his guys at the last minute and they were able to get the job done very well. Definitely recommend these guys if you need to move.
