Top Tier Van Lines || Moving Company

We hired Top Tier to move us from Ohio to West Virginia.
Oct. 3 2024.
It has been 2 months and I still haven't resolved my issue with them. In the process of moving I was missing 3 rugs and also they cracked my TV.

I lost my security deposit due to the truck driver messing up the yard where we were moving from.
I have contacted top tier numerous times and still nothing is being done .
Save your money and hire another moving company.
They are saying they are the best moving company....what a joke.

Do not use this company. They damaged almost every piece of furniture. Didn’t show up when they said they were gonna show up. When they did call and say they were gonna show up at 6 PM on that day they didn’t show up till 10 PM and the drivers were high as a kite. On the way out, they damaged a fence and almost every piece of furniture was damaged.

We’ve used Top Tier Van Lines for our last two moves, and they’ve done an excellent job both times. They even came in under the estimate with careful planning. They’re timely, helpful, and thorough – nothing was broken or damaged. If I ever move again, it will definitely be with them!
