Let me start by saying it’s nearing moving season. These 5 star post are family or friends. They didn’t think of checking the weather on some of these. We thought we’d “save” money. If you have furniture that means a lot to you. Understand, it doesn’t mean anything to them. It started w them waking up. If you’re in Louisville, they want you to pay them,,, to drive to the “starting” place. They’re coming from Bullitt County. So,,, 45 minutes,,, before you lay eyes on their truck. You just paid $45 minutes…. WT?!?? Rest assured they’re insured…. Yes!!! So it they tear up your furniture. They offer to “fix”…. So,,, now,,, they’re furniture repair??? They can’t move furniture properly, then furniture repair should look great, after add brackets and whatever else needed. They don’t use anything to keep furniture from sliding all around a trailer. Insurance,,, if you’re moving anything valuable,,, and you’re now your furniture is destroyed. They’ll tell you, their insurance covers 60 cents per pound… They’ll want to get hammer and nails to “fix” it. When they show up,,, John’s brother,,, has “long filthy” fingernails, w facial tattoos, looking unbathed for quite awhile. Never actually met John. I was going to take them to court,,, just for principle of their ethics. But it wasn’t worth how upset they made me. If you’re moving things that can handle a good bang, go ahead. But w anything of value,,, save yourself a real headache. Get Alpha, or other highly reputable companies. You’ll be charged more but they ARE professionals. These people are beyond ridiculous. Don’t bother responding to this post JOHN! There’s absolutely no excuse, for your unprofessional mannerism. I’ve used many, yours is hands down,,,, the worst I’ve ever encountered. Trying to help the next person who has nice things, they would like to keep in tact
