Queshaun, Tom and Malik were my crew in Eastern Iowa. They did a great job on the final delivery and assembled my kitchen island from Wayfair.
I think they would benefit from a realistic time allotment on their job assignments and support in customer communications.

Horrible and unapologetic.

They 'lost' my 8 piece sectional sofa. How do you lose 8 huge packages at once? I think shady things are happening... They didn't offer any solutions so luckily I got a refund through Wayfair, who I bought the sofa from.

I was scheduled for a pickup on Wednesday never received my confirmation time or anything they let me know 15min before they was coming but never befor and they don’t answer the phone when you attempt to call them multiple times and voicemail is always full very frustrating

Because of this company i have had to reschedule my delivery 8 times over the past 3 months! They also never answer the phone i have attempted to call dozens of times, and their employees send rude and arguementative messages to me when notifying me they yet again arnt going to be able to deliver my furniture. I still do not have my order and likely never will.
