The worst. Appliances were delivered over a month after they arrived at the warehouse in Eagan, MN. Washer was scratched and dented. Delivery instructions were to be delivered to the basement, set up and packaging removed. Agency sent only a driver, who brought appliances to the garage and refused to take them into the basement. Would not uncrate them or remove packing materials.

I had to rent a dolly, enlist my daughter's co-workers to help me get appliances in place.

Extremely poor customer service. Do not deliver as requested.

Honestly after reading the Google reviews I was terrified. I really needed my kids bed and it showed it was in the same state but I was gonna be waiting over 2 weeks for delivery. I called and Mike was such a HUGE help and he ended up bringing me our delivery personally same day i talked to him. I had door drop off but he was nice enough to slide these HUGE heavy packages into the house ??

I ordered a pretty big couch from Wayfair and I chose in door delivery because I live in an apartment by myself that has a couple tight corners/stairs to get to my unit and figured it would be so much easier just to have a team of people do it then me by myself. TopHat was the group that was delivering it and they were just supposed to get it inside my door for me. This service was $199 which I thought was pretty steep in the first place but whatever.

They called to confirm my delivery a few days in advance and told me they would need my signature before they could get it off the truck and that they would call me 30 minutes before arriving. I stressed to them that the phone call was important because I live in a multi unit apartment building and people knock for my neighbors all the time so I make sure all my guests call so that I’m not opening the door for random people. The delivery estimate time was between 2:30pm-4:30pm.

At 1:30pm I hear a distant knock from the door into the building and I checked my phone and I hadn’t been called so I didn’t check. Then I hear through the wall one of neighbors saying something about a giant box blocking the door to get into the building, I run out and check and they had just set my couch outside blocking the door way to the building! Never called. Never got a signature!Weren’t in the scheduled window. FedEX could have just dropped it outside and I wouldn’t have paid $199!!

So then I had to move it by myself to my unit by myself which was an absolute nightmare. What a waste of time and money. Never use this company!!!

We bought a fridge from CONNS and TopHAT delivered it. It was delivered within a couple of day of the purchase, however, while they were bringing the fridge in, they hit my hall table and a vase fell off. It has been 30 days since the delivery and now they are refusing to pay for the vase. Before you buy anything that has to be delivered, ask up front who the delivery company is. If they use TopHAT, go somewhere else.
