Never paid me then 'fired' me as a contractor for asking for my money

This company was responsible for a freight delivery of outdoor planters that I purchased online from Wayfair. Instead of taking them off the pallet the geniuses decided it was a good idea just to push the entire skid down my walkway, putting deep scrapes into about 30 feet of wood/composite decking. That was more than 3 months ago now and other than a lot of lip-service in the form of e-mails, no one ever took responsibility for this damage and I'm still burdened with the hassle of trying to chase them down for the repairs. Just a sub-par, unprofessional experience from every angle. Now I'll avoid doing business with Wayfair or any of its collateral companies as long as they rely on TopHAT. I don't want their careless employees anywhere near my property.

They never answer their phone. My mattress has been sitting here for a week
