My wife and I needed to ship from Hilo, HI to Southern California seven of those 27-gallon storage tubs you can buy at Home Depot. We filled them with various items and each tub weighed about 30 pounds. After sealing the lids with zip-ties, we brought them to Robert. He could not have been more helpful and friendly. He ran the numbers to see what would be the most economical ship method for us, comparing FedEx, ocean going vessels, having the items delivered to our home, or having us pick up the tubs at a port or distribution center. He wrapped each tub in that clear cling wrap (or whatever it's called) usually used when sending items on a pallet. A few days later, all 7 tubs arrived in perfect condition at our front door. Robert called me to make sure everything arrived in good shape. Excellent service! I also spoke to Lisa and gave her my credit card to pay the shipping costs. She was full of the aloha spirit and was very friendly to speak with. The entire shipping experience was top-notch and I definitely recommend using Town & Country Moving & Storage. Robert and Lisa are both great and will take care of you with true customer service.

Robert and his crew are amazing! We’ve used them several times to move heavy, difficult, sensitive items and have been impressed each time. We’ve also used them to move my aunt from the mainland and we were all happy with how they handled everything. Their storage facility is dry, clean, and secure. The crew is skilled and professional and we’ve been happy with their communication. Will continue to use them!

The guys did a great job! Met us at the port early, unloaded from our pod to their trucks super quickly, got to our house promptly, and had our items in the house just as fast. Even as fast as they were, they were very careful not to damage any of our items and furniture. They were also just generally very nice guys! Absolutely would recommend, and we will use their services if we need them in the future.
