Ryan was there right at 8am to help me get my Uhaul sorted. They were very clear and friendly about what to expect and how to avoid getting charged extra if moving didn't go perfectly (which it never does). Definitely would come back

Good customer service

I fell on the ice on move out, and hurt my knee and my back. I put a brave face on, but I suggested a few options on how to get rid of the ice.. Unfortunately, the ice was there two days later. The guy inside was super helpful though. He apologized, and explained that another company is who actually takes care of the ice. Well, the manager should have been on the phone with them 10x a day telling them to fix the problem. I really hurt my knee and back, but I guess that's far cheaper than the Ice melt that the company should've put down. I'm only giving 3 stars because of the employee inside, otherwise it'd be 1..
