Excellent. 2nd unit I have with Pouch ( Long Beach) and (Lake Forest). To my surprise Gilbert was at the wheel once again in the complementary truck operated by no other than Gilbert himself the best in the business; there to assist me along the way. Gilbert is a very helpful , kind, and thorough. 5 stars highly recommend procuring the services of Gilbert and the office staff.

I recently left a 5 star review here since I’ve always had no issues. I lost my wallet and my fiancé is home sick. She had to get out of bed to come up and sign me in. Then as I tried to follow her in the gate Gilbert attempted to close if before I could causing the gate to nearly hit my vehicle. I have been coming here for 5 years and Gilbert, a new guy I’m guessing, wouldn’t let me in without my identification even though I clearly had my sign in code and unit number. On top of it, I have so much stuff to move in and out of the today but they are closing at 12:30…. Keep in mind there is 100% no after hours access. This has made me think about changing store age facilities.

Awesome place to come here the employees are very nice and the storage is very well clean Close to my home. Great distance too as well

I want to give a big shout out to the trabuco storage team!! The moment you enter the door your feels welcome by Jesse ,Tuki , Don and Gil they are always ready to help or answer any questions or concerns you might have . The place is always clean and tidy!
