The gentleman at the counter Cormack was friendly, super helpful and professional. Thanks for the great unit! Just a little editing needed since then .... We received a letter stating that we were staying longer than the allotted 2 hours apparently which was completely false. Also we were never told that we could not bring our 7lb Miniature Pincher when getting things in and out of storage! Funny even online there is a picture of a dog in front of the storage units advertised, ha ha ha! Pretty bizarre but we were reprimanded anyways.... And apparently we own a canopy that we put over our car to 'sleep there' Wow I don't own or even know what this supposed canopy is but if they looked at the surveillance video they might see none of these allegations were just so just a heads up don't even think about taking longer than two hours moving stuff and (with a bad back on disability that's impossible for me) or you will be treated unjustly! Might want to rethink this place.....
